Tour de Sol biodiesel winner Richard Shomo just wants to promote biodiesel
We reported on the Tour de Sol as it was happening in early May, and now the winner of the most efficient biodiesel award was featured in an article in his hometown newspaper, the Poughkeepsie Journal, this past weekend. The winner, Richard Shomo, won the Tour de Sol with a 1984 Ford Escort station wagon he bought off of eBay last year that managed to get 53 miles per gallon.
